Nick Scott, Alan’s son, has grown up helping his father build wood fired brick ovens from a very early age. Nick is very experienced and has been building ovens on his own for many years. He is based in Tasmania, Australia and is available to travel for on site oven building. Nick has built ovens all over the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, South Korea and Canada. He is dedicated to carrying on the family business.
Plans for ovens are available through Ovencrafters, and Nick can also customize ovens to suit individual needs. The larger sized ovens are not intended for a home-use purpose, these are meant as the foundation of a business, either for a restaurant or bakery.
